Directions
From the M5 Motorway turn off at Junction 27 onto the A361 (dual carriageway) heading towards Tiverton and Barnstaple. Keeping to the left hand lane turn off at the first exit (Holbrook Lane), which is less than half a mile.
It is sign posted Sampford Peverell. Turn left at the mini roundabout at the top of that slip road heading towards the village (Sampford Peverell).
Continue for half a mile then as you enter the village turn right into Whitnage Road. The Parkway House Hotel (aka Cézannes) is on your right.
Travel a further half a mile crossing a narrow humped back canal bridge, through the narrow tunnel under the A361 dual carriageway above and then straight on, ignoring the farm entrances on your left, through a series of bends before taking the first turning on your left signposted for Whitnage (do not go straight on up the hill sign posted Westleigh!). The lane is narrow but continue on for a further half a mile to a T junction.
You are now in Whitnage. Turn left again and we are a further 200 yards on the left just past the farm entrance, the first cottage on the left (Whitnage Cottage - the Brambles sign is on the porch).
