BritishVisitor.com is a comprehensive Guide to Great Britain and the Irish Republic. It contains a lot of information and to remain up to date, needs a small army of staff. However, the best person to keep information about a Town up to date is not someone in an anonymous office, but someone living in that particular Town. We are therefore looking for individuals to help keep the information up to date and to share in the rewards that this website will bring in the future.

We are putting in place a Rewards Scheme, where, for certain information, the Agent can earn rewards. In addition, the Agent can earn cash commission on any advertising revenue he or she earns.

BritishVisitor.com needs one Agent per Town and up to five per City. His or her rôle will be as follows:

Required

To complete and maintain the general information page for the Agent's agreed Town
To sign up at least 5 new advertisers per year.

Desirable

To complete and maintain the general information page for all villages in the catchment area for the Agent's Town.
To secure advertisers either in the Directory section, or in the Banner Adverts on the right.

Reward Scheme

For completing and maintaining the general Town information page - 16 points per year
For completing and maintaining any one village information page - 4 points per year
For taking and uploading photogtraphs of any location (Town or Village) within the catchment area - 1 point per photograph
For securing advertisers either in the Directory section or as a banner adverisement - 25% commission on the ex-VAT price.
Agents are only responsible for his or her Town plus the villages within the Town vicinity and cannot earn rewards elsewhere. However, he or she can recruit advertisers from anywhere across the Country to earn personal commission.
Starting from 1st January 2008, all points earnt in any one calendar year will be totalled and 10% of the net pre-tax profit earnt from the BritishVisitor.com website will be distributed in proportion to the number of points earnt that year. If no profit is earnt, then no distribution will occur. The owner of BritishVisitor.com, Pulse Corporation is a Limited Commpany and Accounts are filed annually at Companies House. BritishVisitor.com earnings breakdown will be included within the Accounts.
Commission earnt will be calculated at each calendar year end and if there is any distribution, this will occur in the first quarter of the next year.
If the distribution (point conversion plus advertising commisssion) is less than £25, it will be rolled over to be added to the next year's distribution until such a tiime as it exceeds £25
