Theme Parks

If you know that you are going to go to a Theme Park on a specific date, it is often much cheaper to purchase your ticket online in advance. This way, not only can you save significant amounts off the price (up to 50%), you will also be able to avoid the ticket purchase queue when you arrive and join the (usually shorter) prepaid ticket queue. The normal process is to pay online and then print out a ticket at home which will have a barcode.

Before you book, however, check the dates. Some venues allow booking within 24 hours of the trip. Others may require longer.
